The claim worksheet stays in your browser
This is a static website. Its claim worksheet processes the details you enter in the current browser page to prepare a summary. The worksheet does not send entries to a website database, create an account or upload claim documents. Downloading a summary saves a file on your device. Merely creating or downloading it does not send an inquiry to Julio.
The site does not intentionally save worksheet entries or checklist selections in browser storage. They may be lost when you reload or leave the page. Your browser or device may separately retain information through features such as autofill, downloads or session recovery, according to your settings.
Email and telephone links
An email action opens your device’s configured email application or service, where you can review the recipient, subject and message before sending. The website does not send that email itself.
